Description
Production centers on Yong Soju, a 40% ABV craft spirit fermented with traditional nuruk and distilled from rice with no glucose syrup, sweeteners, or shortcuts. It won Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2024 and 2025, and was named Best in Class Soju in 2025—the first soju outside Korea to win the category.
Beyond the still, the relaxed jumak pours house cocktails and makgeolli alongside plates like bulgogi hoagies, wagyu patty melts, and Korean fried chicken and waffles.
