Description

Clustering its buildings and parking at the core leaves the surrounding acreage open to native restoration, where every new plant is a native species and stormwater filters directly into the landscape rather than detention facilities. The main play structure is notable as one of the tallest ramp-accessible play features in the world, extending toward play pockets along a created intermittent stream. Across the grounds, internal paths weave through prairie and growing woods toward a multipurpose lawn, a reservable picnic shelter, and a full-size basketball court wired with power for community events.
