Operating as a standalone component of Politan Row at The Forum, Millie’s stems from a collaboration between Luis Mendez of Bucatini Ristorante and Benton Bourgeois of Jojo’s Beloved Cocktail Lounge. Designed by Bell+Butler, the room channels the feel of multi-generational heritage restaurants. Alongside the pies, the kitchen rounds out the table with meatballs in red sauce, a charcuterie program, salads, and dedicated kids’ options.
