Opened on Taraval Street in 2022 by a crew drawing on Bay Area dessert shop experience, Milktopia pairs an expansive drink counter with warm snacks and chilled treats. The lineup ranges from taro and brown sugar staples to Oreo brûlée milk tea and fruit-infused lemon drinks. Cups of boba soft serve share space with traditional egg waffles that steer clear of being overly sweet or cake-like, alongside savory options for a more substantial bite.
