Description
Across a 97-acre working farm, cacao trees share ground with breadfruit, banana, avocado, and taro, thriving in Central Oʻahu's hot, dry conditions. Guided walks led by farmers Peter and John wind through the orchard and production spaces, framed by views of lush valley slopes and distant glimpses of Diamond Head. The tasting follows the crop through its harvest, sampling raw, fermented, and roasted beans with surprisingly bright, fruity notes alongside light, refreshing cacao juice.
