Arranged in distinct sections along Midway Boulevard and Kohl Street, the grounds organize recreation into separate hubs. The north area pairs a shelter beside the stream, while the south section clusters sports courts and ball fields. In the south midway section, picnic areas and the Girl Scout Shelter offer room for gatherings. The site also links into connecting trails through Broomfield parks and serves as the host ground for the annual Broomfield Days.
