Description

Conceptualized by restaurateur and art dealer Álvaro Perez Miranda, Midorie shapes its hospitality around kikubari, the Japanese art of caring for others. Seating is split between an indoor sushi bar, dining tables, and open-air courtyard seating along Main Highway. An upscale fast-casual format drives the all-day menu, which features a seasonal à la carte sushi selection prepared with Toyosu market seafood.
