Midnight Burlesque & Circus on Orchard, Then Pastrami at Katz's
Aerialists, burlesque and variety at 11 PM and 12:15 AM, then an easy two-minute walk to 24-hour weekend pastrami at Katz's.
🎭 The Late Show
🕰️ Two Sets After Dark
The Slipper Room, open on the Lower East Side since 1999, showcases burlesque, aerialists, comedy and variety. The Saturday, October 17 edition opens doors at 10:45 PM, featuring an 11 PM opener followed by the 12:15 AM midnight set before an open dance floor. Host Peaches leads a lineup featuring Kylie Rose, Dos Pajaros, Syrena and Broody Valentino. The venue sits at 167 Orchard Street, with entry around the corner on Stanton Street.

🎟️ Getting In
General admission costs 25 dollars plus a small service fee online. Seating is limited and not guaranteed, and arriving near the 10:45 PM door time improves the odds of a seat for the first set. There is no drink minimum, and one ticket covers staying for both sets. Entry is strictly 21 and over. Credit card charges carry a 20 dollar minimum, worth knowing before ordering a single drink at the bar.

🥪 After the Curtain
Katz's Delicatessen sits at 205 East Houston Street, just two minutes on foot from Stanton Street. Because the landmark deli stays open continuously around the clock all weekend, you can head over right after the 12:15 AM set without worrying about closing time. Ordering a warm, hand-carved pastrami on rye is the quintessential Lower East Side late-night tradition, served the same way since 1888.
