🩰 American Rhythms Opens the Season

Miami City Ballet opens its 2026 to 2027 season with American Rhythms at the Ziff Ballet Opera House from October 16 to 18, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM and Sunday at 2:00 PM. The program starts with Balanchine's Allegro Brillante, set to Tchaikovsky, then a world premiere by former company principal Patricia Delgado with an original score by Emily Estefan, who performs it live with the orchestra. Robbins' 1958 N.Y. Export: Opus Jazz closes the evening as a company premiere.

For a first visit, the horseshoe house keeps every tier close to the stage, and the box office is open Tuesday to Friday, noon to 5:00 PM.
