🥣 Mexican Comforts

Cazuela Mexicana brings Mexican comfort food to East Harlem, with loaded sopes and pozole among the draws. The menu also covers tacos, caldo de res, the red beef soup, and quesadillas packed with fillings. Meals begin with fresh guacamole and house salsa served alongside chips. Pick your favorite classic, settle into a seat, and leave some space in the order for a soup.

The family run restaurant at 207 E 117th St has a homey dining room with plenty of seating. Victor is the owner, and Martin, the son of the owners, is a host here. The music stays at a conversational volume, keeping a catch up over food firmly on the table. Families can pull up a chair here too.

Opening hours run Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 10 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 9 PM.
