Located near NW Military Highway and Loop 1604, this northwest outpost operates at the quiet, unhurried pace of Shavano Park. Merit controls the process from green bean to cup as one of the few coffee outfits in San Antonio handling all roasting entirely in-house. The bean rotation features over 25 rotating single-origin coffees across the year, backed by a daily counter lineup of filter pours, house cold brews, espresso drinks, iced lattes, matchas, teas, and rotating seasonal specials.
