Managed by the Douglas Manor Association, this tiny neighborhood pocket offers a clean, uncrowded spot to sit on benches near the shore with a book, looking out over the water toward Udall’s Cove. While the space features a playground and a separated sports section for basketball and soccer, it is not built for wandering, as there are no walking or hiking trails. Access is strictly restricted to association members and Douglaston locals.
