The progression starts with warm cheese complemented by artisan breads and seasonal fruits and vegetables, followed by a salad while the burner heats up. Diners simmer meats, seafood, and vegetables at the table in their chosen cooking style, finishing with sweet dippers plunged into melted chocolate. The bar pours signature cocktails, craft beers, and an award-winning wine selection. For gatherings, the layout includes three private and semi-private rooms—the Opus, Champagne, and Chateau.
