Perched on the upper level of Chamartín station, MEEU operates as a sprawling multi-space complex designed for cultural, corporate, and leisure gatherings. The venue houses flexible multi-use pavilions alongside audiovisual studios, training rooms, and various dining spots. Visitors navigating its scale also encounter a sports club and an ice skating rink within the complex.
