McMenamins Crystal Brewery

Operating between the Crystal Ballroom and Ringlers since 1997, the six-barrel brewhouse balances core company taps with rotating seasonals and specialty releases matured in Edgefield Distillery spirit barrels. The working equipment carries the venue's heritage directly on its surface, with fermentation and conditioning tanks depicting scenes from the ballroom's history alongside a portrait of Lola Baldwin, the country's first female police officer.
