Maurice Gibb Memorial Park
4.7 (793)park
A waterfront Miami Beach green space with kayak access, a shaded playground, and sweeping views of the bay and skyline.
Description

Named in memory of Bee Gees musician Maurice Gibb, the park sits at 18th Street and Purdy Avenue with walking paths curving across open lawns. Beyond the shoreline, water recreation extends to powercraft via the Barry Kutun Boat Ramp for motorized vessels. Families find dedicated play zones with equipment sized for ages 2–5 and 5–12, set across poured-in-place rubber and mulch surfacing with an arch climber, spring riders, and upper-body structures. The grounds maintain a relaxing atmosphere throughout the day, especially for sunset.
