Opened in late October 2004 on a quiet downtown corner, the restaurant began in a tiny 800-square-foot red brick building that quickly drew lines stretching out the door every day. Eight years later, it relocated to a larger location half a block north to serve regulars more comfortably, keeping its original menu, friendly service, and focus on local organic produce intact.
