Maria and Randy Braglia opened their original Elmwood Park location in 1988, eventually expanding near Rosemont and O'Hare as their loyal following grew. Meals begin with chips and homemade salsa ahead of generous, well-sauced plates such as chicken milanesa and pork tacos.
