Marchiano's Bakery, LLC

Founded in 1982 by Frank and Kathy Marchiano, the bakery started out in the family basement, cooking from southern Italian recipes handed down by Frank’s mother. Its tomato pie arrives with a thick, crisped base layered in rich sauce and dusted with Parmesan. Beyond the multi-generation stuffed specialty breads, the Umbria Street counter prepares hoagies and take-and-bake pizzas, having earned a following over the decades that has counted Frank Sinatra and The Temptations among its fans.
