Mānoa Falls Trail
4.7 (5,470)park
A lush rainforest walk through towering bamboo and giant ferns, ending at a dramatic 150-foot waterfall.
Description

Deep in Mānoa Valley, the approximately 1.6-mile round-trip path traces an easy-to-moderate route beneath towering eucalyptus and patches of wild ginger. The dense canopy creates an atmosphere reminiscent of prehistoric film sets, though the tread is frequently slick with mud. At the turnaround point, the cascade drops down a verdant rock face straight into a small pool.
