Family-run since 2001, Mama Marias centers on a casual dining room and generous platters of Mexican comfort food. The menu ranges from crisp flautas and taquitos to an Enchilada Tour and heaping mixed fajitas stacked with beef, chicken, shrimp, and vegetables. Another fixture is the minichanga, a fried burro cut in half and served with sour cream and guacamole. The house-made chips and salsa carry an extra charge, arriving with noticeable heat alongside bean dip, beer, and wine.
