Description
Dating to 2018 at the corner of 28th and Ridgeway, the space—also known as Jardín Malinalli—came together through hands-on volunteer workdays alongside its neighborhood programming. That community effort earned it the LISC Chicago 2023 Chicago Neighborhood Development – John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Creative Placemaking Award.
