Founded by Eddie and Jo Ann just north of downtown, the kitchen has operated under Head Chef Jose since 1995. The daily routine centers on homemade pizza dough and sauces prepared from scratch daily, producing pies appreciated for their fresh ingredients and lighter, non-heavy crust.
