Maili Point Hike
4.8 (516)park
A rugged west Oahu ridge trail climbing past historic military pillboxes to sweeping views of the Waianae coast.
Description

Also known as the Pu'u O Hulu trail, the route packs an uphill climb into roughly three-quarters of a mile, navigating narrow rocky paths and drop-offs that take around thirty minutes to reach the top. Spaced along the ridgeline, several distinct World War II-era concrete pillboxes provide physical markers to explore before the summit. The peak opens to wide ocean breezes and uninterrupted vantage points along the coastline, drawing hikers particularly for catching sunrise and sunset.
