Designed by architecture firm Bluarch, the rustic indoor space seats up to 180 guests alongside an outdoor terrace along the Long Island City waterfront. Beyond the signature cheese wheel, the kitchen produces handmade pastas, craft cocktails, and a multi-course Sunday Sauce option delivered at an unhurried pace. Outside, a perimeter hedge shapes the setting—blocking direct water visibility while keeping the focus squarely on the Manhattan skyscraper skyline.
