Beyond traditional retail floors, the store houses specialty shops, dining, and seasonal public event programming. Its sheer size means a quick look can easily turn into an extended visit spent navigating the sprawling aisles—or searching for an exit. While much of the building operates like a standard large department store, riding the preserved wooden escalators adds a distinctly classic touch to moving between levels. In December, the building takes on a festive focus when it is decorated inside and out for Christmas.
