Macrina Bakery & Cafe

Set on the corner of 19th and Aloha, this fifth Macrina outpost occupies a room once home to community bakery Surrogate Hostess. An extensive remodel uncovered rough-hewn dark wood planks on the walls, which now frame the white-tiled open kitchen. Alongside the signature breads, counter spreads extend into cakes, pies, and savory items beneath an expansive wash of natural light.
