Macondo runs its coffee program around beans sourced directly from small Colombian farms, roasted in small batches at its Doral roasting facility to highlight the character of each harvest. Beyond coffee, the kitchen pairs Latin staples with classic American breakfast and lunch dishes. Designed as an intentional gathering space, the café gives friends, families, and neighbors room to slow down, share a meal, and linger.
