MAʻO Organic Farms

Founded by the Waiʻanae Community Re-Development Corporation, MAʻO operates as a revenue-generating nonprofit and social enterprise centered on aloha ʻāina, connecting youth to the land. Through its edu-preneurial ʻauwai model, the organization pairs hands-on agricultural training with paid internships, education, and leadership mentorship across one of Hawaiʻi's largest organic fruit and vegetable farms.
