2.5 (2)attraction
This bustling south shore marine hub serves as a primary gateway for local boat tours and coastal excursions.
Description

Administered by the DLNR Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, this =state-managed harbor= acts as the primary administrative base for Maui’s district operations. The facility supports a wide range of maritime activity through its 89 berths, moorings, and specialized infrastructure including a drydock, vessel washdown, and a boat launch ramp. Beyond its industrial function, the site hosts a =U.S. Coast Guard Station=, an on-site restaurant, and a dedicated boat club, establishing it as a central waypoint along the island's south shore.
