Description

Originating near this site in 1772 as an exhibition space, the venue has spent centuries adapting to changing tastes. Today, its interior is notably less decorated than typical West End houses, keeping the focus entirely on the stage's massive scale and breathtaking costumes. The physical space has its quirks: the seating layout lacks steep elevation, meaning your view depends on who sits in front of you, and the audio does not always carry clearly to the very back rows.
