Founded in San Gabriel in 2001 by Alan Lam and Grace Li, the restaurant carries dumpling traditions from Li's hometown of Shenyang. Every order stems from kitchen prep that begins early, with each dumpling crafted by hand from scratch every morning using fresh ingredients.
