Description

Past a rustic stone entrance, this 5.21-acre tract functions as a quiet green belt bordering the surrounding city. Maintained by the Lullwater Garden Club since 1931, the property was once held by the Dan Johnson family and later the Candler estate before being purchased from Emory University in 1964. Lullwater Creek bisects the land, which shelters a dedicated bird sanctuary alongside Georgia's native trees, shrubs, and ferns.
