Chef Frank Bonanno grounds the kitchen at 7th Avenue and Grant Street in hands-on production. After introducing Denver to its first burrata, the team shifted to making its own burrata in-house, establishing a dedicated cheese program. That focus on curing and craft reaches across the menu to items like lardo served with accompanying bread, rounding out a roster of seasonal dishes rooted in rustic Italian tradition.
