Description

Named for a soldier who gave his life to save his platoon, this neighborhood spot carries local history but struggles with upkeep. Visitors note broken glass on the ground, dirty slides, and areas where the cushion turf is rising and uneven. Because of these conditions, the park is not recommended for toddlers.
