Lowman Beach Park
4.6 (682)park
A quiet West Seattle waterfront pocket with sound-facing swings, rocky beachcombing, and Olympic Mountain sunsets.
Description

Set along Beach Drive SW right beside Lincoln Park, this compact green space serves as an easygoing alternative to the summer crowds at Alki. Grassy lawn and a couple of picnic tables border a seawall that drops down to the rocky shore. Beyond shoreline strolling, the park is a regular neighborhood launching point to put in kayaks and paddleboards from the pedestrian ramp, gather for informal cold-water dips, or settle in along the stone ledge as the light shifts across Puget Sound.
