Description

The footpath crosses a small bridge over the creek and winds past ferns, where walkers often keep an eye out for banana slugs in the undergrowth. Most paths in this section remain relatively flat with only a slight incline before the trail network branches further toward Pittock Mansion. Up ahead, what remains of the 1930s Conservation Corps building reveals solid stone craftsmanship now marked by graffiti.
