Description
Operating out of a tent at the corner of National and Sawtelle Boulevards, the stand works from a recipe brought back from Madrid in 2021. The dough is free of eggs, dairy, and lard, producing a naturally vegan pastry with a soft center. While cinnamon sugar is standard, plain or powdered sugar is available on request. Churros can also be paired with scoops of Häagen-Dazs ice cream, and the setup expands from street-side portions to party platters and on-site catering across Southern California.
