Los Tacos No. 1

Three friends from Tijuana and Brawley opened the first stand in Chelsea Market's main concourse in 2013, aiming to bring the authentic Mexican taco to the East Coast. The street-style counter serves hand-pressed tortilla tacos — asada, pollo, adobada, and nopal — grilled to order, with no seating. Horchata, jamaica, and tamarindo round out the menu.
