Description

Operating in Seattle since 2004, the nonprofit club approaches historical combat through source material, working from documents dating back as far as the early 14th century. While European systems make up most of the schedule, dedicated study groups branch into martial arts from the Philippines, Japan, and India. Training at the 6th and Lander space runs seven days a week and is organized and coached by volunteers. Outside regular class rotations, the group also convenes the annual Swordsquatch event, drawing practitioners from around the world under the motto "Fight. Play. Learn."
