Designed by architect Eric Carlson of Carbondale, the 2,500-square-foot boutique houses the brand’s leather collections alongside ready-to-wear apparel and accessories. Parisian references anchor the interior, right down to an abstract Eiffel Tower inside the elevator. On the floor, staff provide hands-on care with hardware and strap adjustments, though remote follow-ups on repairs have seen mixed experiences.
