Longacre Theatre

Designed by architect Henry B. Herts for producer H.H. Frazee in 1913, the venue is owned and operated by The Shubert Organization. Its 1,077 seats are arranged across Orchestra, Mezzanine, Balcony, and Box sections. At the end of a performance, staff open the entire front of the building to streamline exits, while downstairs bars and restrooms require stepping down multiple flights of stairs.
