Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center

Operated by Arlington County Parks & Recreation, the indoor facility outfits its 50-meter competition pool with movable bulkheads, while the diving well includes 1-meter and 3-meter boards. A separate warm-water therapeutic and instructional pool broadens the water options. Out of the pool, the center houses modern cardio and strength-training equipment alongside group exercise studios and community multipurpose rooms.
