Locomotion Athletics | The Warehouse

Set inside an expansive warehouse layout, the facility is equipped for diverse athletic conditioning and movement disciplines. Sessions are led by coaches focused on education alongside owner James, who weaves together movement, fitness, and nutrition. The setting leans on close community and steady encouragement, running classes that move briskly enough to engage people who previously struggled to maintain a consistent gym routine.
