Founded by coach Aileen, training focuses on authentic Muay Thai without fighters or internal hierarchies. Sessions incorporate pad work, real-life self-defense skills, and mental toughness, organized into beginner, 1.5, and all-levels classes. Each session is capped at 20 students to keep the environment supportive.
