Little Falls Fox Meadow
park
A restored Norwood Park meadow blooming with over 30 native wildflower species from early spring through late fall.
Description

Set just south of the soccer field and down the hill toward the Bethesda Pool, this quarter-acre site was cleared of invasive bush honeysuckle and porcelainberry through a collaboration between Montgomery Parks and the Little Falls Watershed Alliance. In their place, the ground was replanted with native grasses and flora grown from local seeds, establishing a dedicated habitat for local pollinators and wildlife.
