Lindley Meadow Picnic Area

Sloping down a bank from the south edge of JFK Drive in central Golden Gate Park, the meadow opens into a wide, flat lawn praised for its serene setting. Gathering spots are clustered along the southern border, where 12 individually reservable picnic sites each provide one to two tables with BBQ grills. For large parties, reserving several nearby tables provides extra space while staying along the eucalyptus line.
