Owned and maintained by the State of Colorado, this Capitol Complex green space sits adjacent to Civic Center Park and belongs to the Civic Center National Historic Landmark district. Bounded by Broadway and Grant Street between 13th and 16th Avenues, the grounds place the veterans memorial along the eastern edge, alongside a full-size Liberty Bell replica that was one of 53 cast in France in 1950 and donated to the U.S. government.
