Started eight years ago by Ana and Martin Carrillo, the spot was founded on the authentic recipes of their Mexican grandmother. While birria remains the signature, the kitchen balances it with a wider selection of traditional dishes, serving menudo, pozole, enchiladas, and tacos made with the same homemade flavors. What began as a simple family project has grown into a steady destination for Denver's Mexican community and food lovers from all backgrounds.
