Helmed by Chef Zubair Mohajir on West Division Street, Lilac Tiger pairs an inventive bar program with a punchy lineup of Indian and Southeast Asian-influenced bites. The kitchen turns out dishes like vada pav, tandoori hot chicken, crab noodles, and rich Chettinad curry, alongside whipped paneer and spiced chai. Drinks share that same playful streak, anchored by concoctions like the tableside Banana groni.
